Who provides LifeOS

LifeOS is a managed digital AI service supplied by Clawgical Systems Inc. Contact doug@clawgical.com for service, purchase or billing questions. These terms describe our standard LifeOS subscription; a separately agreed written contract governs custom projects.

Prices, currency and recurring payments

Subscription prices and AI-credit amounts shown on our website are in US dollars (USD). LifeOS is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. Your applicable plan, recurring amount, taxes, discounts and final payment total are shown at checkout. Review any optional local-currency conversion and its rate before paying; your payment provider may apply its own conversion fees.

Any launch-wave or promotional conditions displayed with your offer also apply. Included usage allowance and optional paid top-ups are distinct from the recurring subscription fee. Review the charge and credit value displayed before buying a top-up.

Secure payment and delivery

Subscription payments are completed on Stripe-hosted Checkout over HTTPS. The available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email or chat.

No physical goods are shipped. Access and onboarding instructions are delivered electronically. If an offer is for reserved access, its stated activation conditions apply; payment alone does not override an advertised reservation or onboarding stage. Contact us if you have not received your onboarding instructions.

Cancellation, refunds and credits

You may cancel renewal through Billing in your Cockpit dashboard, or contact us for assistance. Access normally continues until your paid period ends. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Using the service

Keep your login secure and connect only accounts you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and authorizing consequential actions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; verify important information before relying on it. Features that depend on external providers also depend on their availability and your account permissions.

Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to access another person’s accounts without permission or to cause harm. No promise of error-free AI output or uninterrupted availability is made; this does not restrict statutory guarantees or remedies.

Privacy and existing agreements

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. These disclosures do not retroactively remove existing purchased balances or change an existing customer’s agreed price, cancellation or refund rights. Any required notice or agreement for changes to an existing contract remains necessary.
